Job Introduction
The ideal candidate for The National Sales Manager job is responsible for defining, leading, and executing Dechra Mexico’s commercial strategy, ensuring profitable growth, operational discipline, and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Business Intelligence.
This role acts as the owner and architect of the Go-To-Market strategy in Mexico, leading the evolution toward our commercial model, ensuring that demand generation operates as an integrated, data-driven system: Prescription → Value Capture → Amplification → Measurement → Strategic Adjustment.

Important Screening Criteria (Non-Negotiable)
- Bachelor’s degree required (Veterinary Medicine or related field preferred)
- Strong experience leading national sales teams and distributor networks in animal health/pharma
- Proven track record in commercial strategy and execution leadership
- Advanced analytical capability (forecasting, performance analysis, business insights)
- Experience delivering executive-level reporting to senior stakeholders
- Fluent English (minimum TOEFL 550 or equivalent)
- Must be currently based in Mexico City
